Group fitness at Adiyoga in Earlwood is functional, beginner-friendly training in a supportive, high-energy room. Classes are led by Sally, a certified Les Mills trainer, and include sessions designed for women and a Friday Stretch and Unwind. Every movement is scaled, so you can start where you are.

What it is

Our group classes build real-world strength, coordination and stamina. They are designed to be approachable, with movements scaled so everyone can take part and be challenged at their own level.

Some classes are designed with women in mind. On Fridays, our Stretch and Unwind session gives the week a calm, restorative finish.

Weekly classes

The class schedule.

Every class runs 40 minutes with up to 12 places. Times are fixed each week. Membership is $40 per week for unlimited classes, or a ten-class pack is $250.

Full-body stretch and mobility work to release muscle tension, ease joint stiffness, and start the weekend refreshed.

Complete total-body functional strength conditioning to build balance, athletic confidence, and daily vitality.

What a class looks like

Classes are welcoming and well-coached. You are guided through a proper warm-up, the main work, and a cool-down, with every movement scaled so you can join in from day one.

The Friday Stretch and Unwind session is gentler and restorative, a deliberate way to release the week and look after your body.

Sally is a certified Les Mills trainer who leads our high-energy group classes. She has a gift for keeping everyone engaged and moving, whatever their starting point.

Founder & Yoga Teacher

Ramy Zach has been involved in fitness and sport his whole life. He moved from Czechia to Australia at twenty-one, trained as a personal trainer, and has coached clients for close to twenty years.

Such a great place. Holistic fitness with a wealth of knowledge on stability and functional movements. I have benefitted so much, from core strength to mobility and strength training. Highly recommend.
