What Yogasanas is
Yogasanas is a course of twenty-one postures in the classical Hatha Yoga tradition, devised by Sadhguru. Asana means posture, but in this tradition these are not stretches or physical exercise. They are subtle processes for directing your energy, so the whole system moves towards health, balance and wellbeing.
It is suitable for anyone aged fourteen and over, at low to medium intensity, with no prior yoga experience or flexibility necessary, though a level of mental focus is part of the practice. Learned properly, it becomes a practice you can carry into daily life.
Who it is for
- Anyone aged 14 or over, with or without yoga experience
- People wanting a classical practice that works on their energy and inner balance
- Those seeking mental clarity, focus and relief from chronic back or neck tension
- Anyone preparing for deeper states of meditation
How it is taught
Yogasanas is conducted over two sessions, with video demonstrations and live instruction that includes hands-on correction, so each of the twenty-one postures is learned accurately. A handout with the full practice sequence is provided on completion.
The fee is $299 (tax included) and covers the program, one follow-up review class, and ongoing support from your teacher. Once you have learned it, the practice is yours to continue at home.

Ramy
Founder & Yoga Teacher
Ramy Zach has been involved in fitness and sport his whole life. He moved from Czechia to Australia at twenty-one, trained as a personal trainer, and has coached clients for close to twenty years.
His path took a deeper turn when he began a committed yoga and meditation practice under Sadhguru. He went on to volunteer for four years at Sadhguru’s ashram in India, where he received his yoga certification in the classical tradition we teach today.
As a novice learning yoga, I have found the teaching exceptional. The small classes provide unique, individualised guidance through Ramy’s careful instruction. The environment is calm and meditative. This is not a generic yoga school, it is a classical yoga experience that enhances physical and mental health.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring a water bottle. Arrive a little early to settle in. It is best to practise on a reasonably empty stomach, so leave some time after eating before the session.
With regular practice people report more balanced energy, better mental clarity and focus, relief from chronic back and neck pain, more balanced hormonal levels, and a practice that prepares the body and mind for deeper meditation.
